…or connect manually with an app password (works for Gmail, Outlook, QQ, 163, Aliyun, etc.):
We store your access code encrypted (never plaintext). For Gmail/Outlook enable 2-step verification and generate an app password.
Outlook needs an app password, not your normal login:
1) Turn on 2-step verification for your Microsoft account.
2) Create an app password at account.microsoft.com → Security → Advanced security options.
3) Paste that app password above (not your regular password).
Microsoft 365 business accounts: an admin may have disabled basic IMAP/SMTP auth. If the connection fails, ask your admin to enable Authenticated SMTP / IMAP, or connect a different mailbox. (Full one-click Microsoft sign-in is on our roadmap.)
Currently in Sandbox mode (shared test number, join required). Production WhatsApp for your own business number is on the roadmap via Twilio's Tech Provider program.
Add a few entries (return policy, shipping rules, product facts, FAQ, a tone sample). Tag each with a language (so a Spanish customer is grounded by your Spanish policy) and a category. They're injected into every draft so replies stay on-brand and factually grounded instead of guessing.
